An earthy and robust Second Flush Darjeeling black tea from the Margaret's Hope tea garden in India. A new favourite here with the team which is why we also got it in the convenience of a tea bag so we can drink loads more. Please don't buy any as we want it all for ourselves. Seriously, please don't...
Great Taste Award winner 2022.

Can be enjoyed with or without milk. We prefer it without milk here though :o)
Delicious tea, I could so tell the difference between Darjeeling and my previous order if tippy assam. I have always been a tea drinker and to find this quality is most favourable. Many thanks to you all.
Having had the chai masala at a restaurant , I sourced the company, and have purchased several flavours, including the sample pack, which I am going through. The teas I have tasted, are all superb. I will now be getting my teas from Shibui.
A rich second flush with marked Muscatel notes, which persist nicely through a drop of milk that tempers any astringency. I enjoy this at any time of day. Biodegradable aspects are very welcome; I was concerned that the strong aroma of the bag would taint the tea, but it appears to have held its own.
Darjeeling has been my tea of choice for years now and I'm always looking for new sources. I do drink supermarkets' own brand as well, but what a difference in the taste of Shibui - so incredibly clean and delicate. This is a top quality product in every way, from the packaging and delivery right through to the actual taste. Definitely worth that little bit extra, especially if you appreciate the taste of Darjeeling as much as I do. I also like the idea of supporting our independent companies, who work so hard to create their vision. Highly recommend.
The darjeeling is a lighter tea that is perfect as a gentle evening tea. Very aromatic, and the eco-friendly aspect of the bags and packaging make this a fine choice. As noted previously, tread lightly with the milk!
A light and refreshing evening tea, for me. Pleasant but easily drowned if you're a little too enthusiastic with milk.
