I have read a lot about spearmint tea helping with hormonal acne so thought I would give it a try. I’m now on my 2nd order, getting used to the taste I add a little honey for sweetness. It is definitely helping my skin I drink 2 cups per day and will continue to do so!!

I have always loved ‘tea’, however, I recently tried Shi Bui breakfast tea whilst in the Lake District. It was by far the nicest tea I have ever had. I would previously always buy TeaPigs but Shi Bui is 100% superior tea & I just absolutely love it and will be repeating my orders. I’m not normally a fan of fruit teas but I tried this at an Edinburgh hotel and really enjoyed it. To me it seems in a different league from the rest.
I was wondering whether it was the Scottish water that made a difference but having now tried it in London, I can confirm it’s the tea!
