I was searching for an organic spearmint tea purely as I learned of the benefits it might have for managing PCOS symptoms.

I've been drinking this tea twice a day for almost 2 months, and not only has it really helped my skin (I am glowing!) but it's super flavourful and refreshing! The spearmint smell fills the room and I love it so much.

I had high expectations for this tea - given its cost and that it’s organic. What I did not expect was that the spearmint would smell and taste exactly like the one my Mum grows in her garden. Needless to say, it’s worth the cost.
Not only is the tea of supreme quality, it’s packaged with care in lovely tea bags - which makes a huge difference - my parcel also came with samples and a very handy coaster. I highly recommend this tea and I will certainly be a return customer.

I have read a lot about spearmint tea helping with hormonal acne so thought I would give it a try. I’m now on my 2nd order, getting used to the taste I add a little honey for sweetness. It is definitely helping my skin I drink 2 cups per day and will continue to do so!!
